  • Partners with functional and project business leaders to identify requirements for external recruiting
  • Creates and deploys recruiting plans while measuring results, ROI and business leader satisfaction
  • Manages the recruiting function for the originations channel and all steps associated with sourcing and delivering qualified, diverse candidates
  • Leads, Mentors and develops a team of recruiters located in multiple geographic locations
  • Aligns project recruiting strategies with other channel talent acquisition strategies and plans
  • Implements action plans based on monthly reporting and metrics
  • Works with business and HR partners to anticipate workforce changes and influence the timing of hiring needs to support the channel’s objectives
  • Share knowledge about global recruiting trends and best practices across the TA organization and continuously develop and enhance personal and team capabilities.

  • Proven success driving strategic recruiting initiatives designed to transform an organization
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic organization that is focusing on an enterprise change management initiative
  • Strong business acumen while driving results and aligning with the business strategy
  • Ability to deal effectively with all levels of managers and team members
  • 7+ years managing a Talent Acquisition team that support a originations, sales or production environment
  • A high school diploma or state accepted equivalency is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (or equivalent in education and experience)
  • Unquestionable knowledge of recruitment best practices and methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to inspire and lead a team focusing on meeting objectives
  • High level of problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to drive and enable Talent Acquisition strategies while aligning them to various business objectives
  • High degree of creativity and problem solving skills
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills are a must
  • Ability to navigate and influence, embraces ambiguity and make things happen

Responsible for developing, implementing and administering recruitment programs. Develops strategies using various sourcing techniques, qualifies and interviews candidates and confers job offers. Establishes relationships with outside sources - ad agencies, placement firms, etc. and ensures a reliable pipeline of qualified candidates is maintained. Develops and manages internal job transfer systems. Conducts background and reference checks, prepares documentation & reports and maintains candidate evaluation tools. Makes recommendations to hiring managers on competitive compensation packages and facilitates negotiations. May act as a liaison to immigration attorneys. May have responsibility for EEO planning and reporting, staffing strategy and manpower planning, development and upgrades to applicant tracking systems and college recruitment and internship programs.
