We are looking for a Principle Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Originations team. Expertise in Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Ads, and YouTube Analytics is a must, along with expertise in digital marketing analytics platforms.
You will play an important role as a digital marketing analytics expert, keeping a pulse on weekly performance, digging into campaigns results across all digital media and lead conversion funnels on the website and analyze, translate results to improve upon ongoing efforts.
What you’ll do
Provide data-driven recommendations for maximizing digital marketing channel and campaign performance.
Produce weekly and monthly dashboards and metric reports using GA, Facebook, YouTube, Conversant, Google Ads, Tableau & other tools.
Develop custom dashboards.
Focus on driving digital marketing Return on investment across digital marketing tactics and work with analysts to identify omnichannel effectiveness.
Identify trends or changes in the data assessing impact to the business.
Conduct ad hoc analysis and data pulls.
Partner with digital marketing team on all A/B testing activities, including deployment and analysis of results.
Ensure accurate delivery of reports.
Develop and recommend digital analytics data best practices.
Partner and influence IT on data infrastructure to improve reporting efficiency.
Education and Experience
Knowledge of digital marketing pixels with Google Tag Manager.
Mentor team members on usage of different digital platforms.
4+ years hands-on experience with Google Analytics
2+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and Google Ads reporting
Google Tag Manager experience.
Data visualization software experience. Working knowledge of Power BI is ideal
Microsoft SQL skills and working knowledge of big query.
Understanding of attribution required, experience implementing full funnel attribution preferred with understanding of assisted leads, view-through conversions.
Experience with A/B testing.
SEO reporting experience.
