Are you an analytical thinker with a digital marketing background?  Are you excited about optimizing performance of digital marketing campaign in SEM, Programmatic Display, GDN, Website, Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), Video (YouTube, etc.) and have you handled reporting and analysis for multi-million dollar media efforts?  If so, keep reading...

The ideal candidate is technically capable and business savvy with a deep understanding of digital marking analytics across all digital channels and tactics.  Expertise in Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Ads, and YouTube Analytics is a must along with deep experience with digital marketing analytics platforms. 

You will work side-by-side and play an integral role with the digital marketing team who are data-driven and continually deploying different digital marketing strategies and tactics and need a digital marketing analytics expert who can keep a pulse on weekly performance and dig deep into the results of campaigns across all digital media and the lead conversion funnels on the website and effectively analyze, translate and clearly communicate results in order to continually improve upon ongoing efforts.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Provide data-driven recommendations and insights for maximizing digital marketing channel and campaign performance
  • Produce weekly and monthly dashboards and metric reports using GA, Facebook, YouTube, Conversant, Google Ads, Excel, Tableau & other tools as needed
  • Develop and manage custom dashboards
  • Focus on driving digital marketing ROI across all digital marketing tactics and work with analysts in other channels to identify omnichannel effectiveness
  • Identify trends or changes in the data continually assessing impact to the business
  • Conduct adhoc analysis and data pulls, as needed
  • Partner with digital marketing team on all A/B testing activities, including deployment, analysis and reporting of results
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports
  • Gather business requirements related to digital analytics needs
  • Develop and recommend digital analytics data best practices
  • Partner and influence IT on data infrastructure to improve reporting and analytics efficiency
  • Knowledge of digital marketing pixels via Google Tag Manager
  • Mentor team members on usage of different digital platforms

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years hands-on experience with Google Analytics
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and Google Ads reporting
  • Google Tag Manager experience required
  • Data visualization software experience preferred. Working knowledge of Power BI is ideal
  • Microsoft SQL skill is required. Working knowledge of big query is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to analyze traffic and performance and find opportunities and insights
  • Understanding of attribution required, experience with implementing full funnel attribution preferred with understanding of assisted leads, view-through conversions, etc.
  • Ability to work fast without compromising quality or accuracy
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • SEO reporting experience a plus
