Prepare Release or Lien document as required while delivering service levels which meet or exceed the needs of the customer, client and investor • Maintains awareness of new and pending changes within the Lien Release, regulators and state guidelines • Thorough knowledge of chain of title Research and remediation to cure title for Release of Lien • Document process gaps that are resulting in opportunities for losses and work with manager or business owners to mitigate future losses and implement solutions. • Maintain awareness of the mortgage industry and make recommendations to management as appropriate. • Work with third party vendors and other Servicers to for timely processing of request as per state and department guidelines • Work with in-house partners when appropriate to determine escalation path for unresolved items. • Mortgage compliance knowledge (CFPB, OCC, NMS, etc.). • Strong technical skills – comfortable using a variety of software systems (Excel, Access, Word, SharePoint, etc.); knowledge of Mr. Cooper's systems such as LSAMS, Remedy, TMO, etc. desirable Understanding of pooling and servicing agreements • Proficiency with MERS, LSAMS system, Microsoft Excel/Access/Word/PowerPoint preferred
