This position is responsible for review of loan information contained in the Loan Origination
System (LOS) to determine if the correct action as defined by Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and Regulation C has been applied.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Describe the essential functions for which the Job is accountable. Essential Functions are those which are specific and unique to this position and when removed changes the nature of the job itself.
• Research questionable determinations and consult with the Compliance Supervisor for final determination
• Issue daily the Statement of Credit Denial, Termination or Change for any applicable loan files
• Ensure that all HMDA related fields within the LOS have been correctly entered and completely input
• Perform periodic HMDA information audits
• Assist with the annual HMDA reporting process, as requested

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
What level of education or specialized training is required to perform the job?
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of mortgage experience
