Pipeline Management: Manage pipeline for all assigned loans from Lender Submission to Underwriter CTC.
Unacceptable File Delivery: Manage submission requirements with the Non-Delegated Correspondent Lender and obtain curing documents to advance the loan to the Underwriter.
Regulation B: Manage Underwriter Suspended Loans for status of Prior to Approval Conditions.
Appraisal XML: Manage Appraisal Logging for all FHA Appraisals in EAD and FHAC.
Conditions Management: Review PTA and PTD Conditions and re-request unacceptable conditions with the lender. Advance acceptable PTA and PTD Conditions to the Underwriter for Final Review.
Cycle Times/Closing Dates: Manage on-time closing, establish expectations and assist lender questions regarding outstanding PTA and PTD Conditions.
Lock Expirations: Ensure the Non-Delegated Correspondent lender is notified of any locks set to expire.
Pipeline Calls: Manage pipeline calls with the assigned Mr. Cooper Account Executive and Non-Delegated Correspondent Lender.
Product Guidelines: Familiarity with FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC Guidelines. Utilize AllRegs to review product guidelines and Mr. Cooper guidelines/overlays. Ability to clearly communicate with Internal Team and the Non-Delegated Correspondent Lender.
Ownership: Take ownership of incoming questions, issues and adeptly diagnose and solve problems/questions/issues including potential escalations and follow up.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes where applicable.
Champion: Expectation is to be a champion for our Non-Delegated Customers.
Cheerleader: Expectation is to be a cheerleader for our Internal Team.
Challenger: Expectation is to be a challenger of Convention.
