Generally, what would you do as a Manager Field Services I - FHA/GSE Bids?

Manages the field service personnel who perform on-site routine services including follow up, maintenance, and write up of FHA/GSE bids that will be presented to our clients for approval. Oversees the scheduling and training of field service representatives on the FHA/GSE Bids team. Works closely with various teams and vendors to determine work needed to bring property into conveyance condition, and/or mitigate cost to our clients while maintaining the properties.
