XOME’s real estate exchange includes an online auction site, HomeSearch.com, and a suite of online marketing, data, analytics and transaction management services that facilitate the efficient exchange of homes over an internet-based real estate marketplace.

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business unit product owners, development teams to understand business needs and technical requirements
  • Build queries for reporting and other data integration needs for reporting and business use
  • Interpret legacy queries, and optimize queries for runtime performance
  • Play actively in all aspects of data handling like ETL, Scripting, documentation, monitoring, and support
  • Research new ways to improve existing solution, thereby adding more value

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above preferably in CS
  • 5+ years of experience in writing queries and ETL
  • Very strong knowledge in SQL (TSQL) with query performance tuning/optimization
  • Strong experience in ETL tools like SSIS (any ETL tool)
  • Handling and managing SQL/ETL Jobs
  • Design data architectures and builds relational/dimensional databases and establishment methods to improve functional reporting data content and completeness of data.
  • Provide technical skills in designing and developing BI/Data projects in the areas of optimal design patterns, models, standards and code to ensure consistency and realize benefits of a high-performing, secure, reliable and scalable architecture
  • Experience implementing high performing technical solutions related to ETL with large source environments and patterns related to ODS, MDM, Landing/Staging areas and EDW/Data Mart.
  • Experience in managing data and analytics programs (people, process, tools) through the full lifecycle: strategic recommendation; design of experiments, testing, communication, pilot, implementation
  • Experience working collaboratively, including building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders/clients
  • Experience communicating complex ideas to both a technical and non-technical audience

  • Experience to Probation ETL
