Generally, what would you do as a Client Relations Specialist?

  • The Client Relations Specialist role will require you to work closely with the Title365 Account Manager to insure the overall relationship with our client is kept in good standings. You will be running and reviewing reports, interacting with the client and their customers, and noticing trends.
  • Manages contracted Lender Service Level Agreements through report running and review
  • Work with Dept Leads to insure Service Level Agreements are met
  • Takes inbound calls as needed
  • Makes outbound calls as needed
  • Assists the Account Manager with the overall relationship of our client
  • Review files that missed our contracted Service Level Agreements to determine cause and notice trends

Summary

Responsible for the relationships with the various customers of the company. Ensures relationships are preserved and handles escalated matters. Provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with internal staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints.
