Generally, what would you do as a Field Services Associate I?

The Field Services Associate l reviews and documents the status and condition of residential properties and relays the information to the proper servicing entity.  Also, communicating and collaborating with vendors, internal departments, and ensuring client compliance requirements are met.

Now, in addition you would:

  • Perform auditing functions for work flow and reporting
  • Prioritize and manage work flow to meet deadlines
  • Think critically and problem solve at a fast pace
  • Distinguish between loan, investor, and client types and individual requirements
  • Read, retain, and communicate complex process flows and procedures
  • Identify the client’s perspective, assess situations, and formulate appropriate responses to satisfy client requirements

Think you’re qualified? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Typing at least 40WPM
  • Self-directed and motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, phone, and email etiquette
  • Working knowledge of online and web applications
  • Cost Estimator applications experience
  • Salesforce experience
  • Field Services experience preferred
  • Ability to report to the Austin office daily

• Makes day to day decisions to continue, expand, or reduce contractual relationships with vendors • Create, maintain and grow relationships with vendors in markets • Primary point of contact for communication with vendor market network o Regulation, Investor, or internal process changes o Licensing/local code o Capacity/Skills/Territory • Collaborate with internal departments to confirm vendor compliance with department requirements • Drives results from the field • Assigns order to vendors • Negotiates pricing with vendors • Provides regular status updates, reports to management, and recommends process improvements • Perform property level/field performance evaluations to identify areas of improvement opportunities related to performance, VGM opportunities and internal process improvements • Report internal/external escalations to management o Client Team o Agents/Brokers o Vendor • Goal is to achieve client performance expectations by fulfilling orders within the outlined client expectations
