- Partner with leadership team and business leaders to identify and analyze important strategic initiatives and develop actionable strategic plans
- Manage program initiation through implementation and ensure that business solutions meet the customer needs in the planned time frames and within the program’s budget
- Drive our overall business strategy and alignment partnering closely with Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk and Legal
- Develop and maintain status reports, project plans, resource plans, dependency and risk/issue tracking logs to record, measure and manage progress
- Lead, facilitate and participate in project team meetings and discussions
- Bring a strong customer-focused, data-driven approach to unlock new insights, drive innovation and create impactful change
- Interpret results from multiple project components and translate these finding into clear and compelling recommendations and solutions
Education / Experience Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or CFA a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry with experience in mortgage, real estate, accounting, commercial banking or investment banking.
- Demonstrated hypothesis-driven problem-solving orientation with exceptional ability to create structured quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to formulate and deliver insights around complex business problems in a thoughtful and persuasive manner
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight or junior support
- Strong personal initiative and good judgment; desire to succeed in a demanding environment
- Comfortable working under demanding deadlines and producing key senior-executive deliverables
- Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint expert
