Client Advocate Specialist/Sr. Account Executive
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide support to customers on all process improvement processes and scheduling and maintain effective professional relationships with all clients.
Beginning of professional career path; Applies basic professional concepts and skills; Work assignment scope is typically limited requiring the exercise of discretion and independent judgment. Responsible for follow-through of one or more processes. Demonstrates Mr. Cooper Group values to external and internal customers, vendors, agencies and investors.
