This position may consist of several primary responsibilities: Validate documentation provided by customers for completeness and accuracy; calculation of customer income based on defined product guidelines, update loan operations system to ensure accuracy and data integrity, and ongoing communication with Loan Officers to relay information as needed for missing or incomplete income documentation provided to qualify the customer.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Full effort will be put into providing world class customer service to prospects, including education and guidance on the mortgage inquiry process.  A close working relationship with a team-oriented approach with Underwriting, Loan Officers, Loan Processors, Processing Assistants, and other departments within the Company is expected. A competitive, high performing individual and team culture with an approach to continuous improvement is expected.

  • Engage in comprehensive on the job training
  • Able to work within a set daily, weekly and monthly schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
  • Review and  analyze documents provided by customers for completeness and accuracy
  • Enter customer information into multiple systems and tools, validating accuracy across platforms
  • After extensive training, calculate appropriate income used to qualify a customer for a mortgage loan based on guidelines
  • Complete outbound calls to request for income documentation from the customers or third parties
  • Work closely with Loan Officers to resolve pending items required to validate a customer meets minimum income qualification guidelines.
  • Help improve quality and advancement of the team by assisting with the training of new and existing employees

Core Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED. College Degree preferred
  • Prior experience involving multi-tasking and detail-oriented responsibilities.
  • Experience in analytical job functions.
