This position is for the Special Operations Lead and will have the following responsibilities:

  • Loan Assumptions Process Owner– we originate 10-15 loan assumptions for our servicing partners for those assumptions that require credit qualification.  The Assumptions Process Owner is responsible to ensure pipeline is on track, regulatory requirements are met, responds to audit findings, and creates process enhancement to streamline the assumption flow
  • Loan Set-Up– manages teams of on-shore and off-shore Loan Set-Up Coordinators and Team Leads responsible to ensure minimum requirements have been met by Loan Officers for loans being submitted to processing
  • Underwriting Operations - Business Analyst and Project Manager – gathers requirements for Underwriting improvements, Underwriting Condition Updates, determines and documents initiative benefits (cost savings, employee experience, etc), manages UAT process  and drives completion of initiatives

Initiates, plans and executes projects while controlling the project lifecycle process to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions. Develops detailed functional systems and program specifications using structured design methodologies. Supports customers to resolve issues with systems or business process/procedures. Provides support for key business initiatives by integrating processes, systems and information to fulfill business objectives.
