Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of total experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, accounting, economics, or finance, or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience in risk management - regulatory, operational, technology, credit, and / or enterprise risks.

  • Experience in preparing and presenting materials to an executive level audience. Excellent oral and written communication skills, expert user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • High caliber self-starter and ability to independently operate in a complex environment. Excellent project management skills.  Able to deliver in fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

  • Must be detail-oriented, and able to routinely perform quality assurance checks on own and other’s work.

  • Ability to quickly understand end-to-end processes of complex business operations through multiple channels of information gathering, to identify risks, process gaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to problem-solve, and lead issue through full resolution.

  • Ability to influence and interface effectively with all levels of management.

  • Ability to understand and explain complex issues and the ability to compromise and negotiate with senior leaders and peers.

  • Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships across business, functions, and lines of defense.

  • Understanding of financial analysis – able to work with financial statements / reports.

  • Experience with Mortgage and/or financial services organizations.

  • Experience with data analytics and advanced data analytics tools such as SQL/SAS is a plus.
