This position may consist of several primary responsibilities: Field inbound calls from prospective customers inquiring about buying and/or selling a residential home; inquire with prospective customers about their goals and needs; educate customer on the home buying and selling process; gather initial data on prospective customers; facilitate interaction between prospective customer and licensed loan officers; aid potential buyers in acquiring prequalification’s and preapprovals; facilitate customer interaction with an in house panel of real estate agents; nurture the customer and real estate agent relationship through regular follow up; and aid loan officers in preparing loan files for origination. Includes ongoing communication with loan officers and relaying information as needed to ensure the customer’s needs are being met. Full Effort will be put into providing world class customer service to prospects, including education and guidance on the mortgage inquiry process. You will build, work and manage strong relationships with licensed loan officers and potential customers. A close working relationship with a team oriented approach with fellow sales assistants, management, loan officers, loan processors and other departments within the Company is expected.
