Responsible for working with Account Services Management and Associates as well as other Lines of Business and IT, as applicable, to complete reporting and productivity tool requirements in a timely manner, create reports and tools as needed and be a liaison between operations and Reporting/IT to assist with internal projects from inception through completion. Individual uses independent discretion to provide accurate information and maintain data integrity, can monitor and distribute workflow and provide assistance to the Account Services associates and operational oversight support to Account Services Manager. Performs all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as within state and federal regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and conduct discovery meetings as needed to uncover all details needed to document and develop the required business reports and productivity tools.
  • Develop, test, and deploy required business reports and productivity tools in a timely manner
  • Suggests observed solutions to make the reporting process more efficient via automated data gathering where possible utilizing all technology options available
  • Metric and trending analysis of Account Services Data and providing metric reporting for senior management
  • Must be able to lead internal projects
  • Understand the structures, usage and sources of business data as well as the context in which it is utilized throughout the business, and be able to design and build these structures
  • Extraction and analysis of data from Servicing System, Access and/or relational databases with demonstrated ability to perform analysis, decipher, trend and effectively report data gathered through technology
  • Creation and analysis of queries and database’s to be utilized by various levels of staff within the Department
  • Performs root cause analysis on various projects and/or processes within the department and execute solid process improvement solutions
  • Able to develop formal business processes
  • Analysis and assessment of business needs and cross-system impacts by offering full systems integration solutions
  • Ability to data mine and provide management level reporting and analysis in order to make strategic management decisions
  • Liaison between Account Services and Reporting/IT

Core Requirements:

  • Education & Professional Experience: Bachelor's degree and typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related work experience. Mortgage and/or Financial Services experience a plus.

Participates in and supports strategic initiatives; ability to train new or existing staff when necessary. Capable of supporting strategic initiatives.   • Technical Proficiency:  Demonstrate advanced proficiency in all Microsoft applications and software necessary for job function. Capable of problem-solving using technical software or applications. Strong emphasis on data analytics.
