ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Work as an integral member of the NDC Operations Leadership Team to define and manage NDC’s offshore manufacturing processes to include:
Engage the vendors – to include the negotiation of all necessary agreements / SOWs to set up off-shore operations.
Ensures appropriate staffing levels are maintained and that all team members (Offshore and Mr. Cooper Captive) successfully discharge their job responsibilities.
Administers performance management of all personnel based on key performance indicators specific to each role managed.
Create operational reporting requirements & ensure all necessary reports are built.
Develop and implements process flows / policies & procedures and ensure that these are uniformly executed across all vendors and operational sites:
Credit/Legal Indexing & Loan Set Up meet initial compliance and advanced to underwriting fully processed.
Condition Review is vetted prior to the advancement to underwriting for partial/final review inclusive of full data entry within the Loan Origination System.
Pre-Purchase Review meets all CFPB guidelines inclusive of compliance testing for TILA, RESPA, HOEPA, HPML, Federal and State Predatory Pricing.
Create quality controls measures throughout the manufacturing process to ensure the production of defect free loan files that meet MrC Underwriting Guidelines and are salable without remediation.
Manage client loan pipeline through the utilization of pipeline reports and other tools to meet/exceed established turn time SLAs.
Manage all off-shore functions (vendors and MrC Captive) to ensure that all work is done per SOW and operational standards. Achieve all established goals for productivity, loan quality, customer experience, turn times, loan production, and costs per loan / financial measurements. Drive efficiency & continuous process improvement for all key performance goal areas.

SummaryReporting to the AVP – Client Relationship Management Non-Delegated, the AVP – Vendor Operations Manager is responsible for the leadership of all areas of NDC’s offshore operations (MrC Captive and vendors) to include vendor due diligence and selection, vendor on-boarding to include negotiation of all applicable SOWs, creation of Performance Standards & SLAs and management of all offshore operations to ensure performance objectives for production and quality are met as well as all other SLAs specified in the associated SOWs. The AVP – Vendor Operations Manager is also responsible to create staffing capacity models and work with the vendor for staff hiring based on forecast modeling and to ensure all vendor offshore personnel are appropriately trained to handle offshore operations of Indexing – Credit Packages, Loan Set Up, Conditions Review, Indexing – Legal Packages and Pre-Purchase Review.
