  • Support Division Manager’s initiatives as directed by the SVP, Correspondent Sales
  • Coordinates Voice of the Client resolution
  • Coordinates the client approval and recertification process
  • Manage relationships of specific clients in territories as directed by the Division Manager
  • Serve as a client advocate, deliver full-circle client satisfaction while simultaneously creating and implementing process improvements to best drive volume of targeted clients
  • Develops proficient understanding of internal technology and processes in order to educate and train 3rd party originators on Mr. Cooper policies, loan programs, and the loan file submission process in accordance with company guidelines
  • Prepares and delivers presentations to prospective and current customers via effective sales techniques and using company marketing and communication resources and tools as appropriate
  • Arranging and facilitating client meetings including education, training, and conference attendance
  • Maintains contact database for respective region in order to facilitate regular meetings with customers and act as a liaison between them and the company throughout all phases of the loan process
  • Demonstrates the value and benefit to the customer by matching their needs to appropriate company loan products/programs and services
  • Partners with operations and assists in obtaining sufficient and complete documentation from 3rd party originators as required by Mr. Cooper’s guidelines in order to effectively manage Post-Purchase remediation needs
  • Maintains regional shared drive development and library of cataloged and retained information
  • Managing purposeful and effective client communication as directed by Division Manager including the compilation and distribution of key reports, operational strategy, lender recognition, and client retention planning
  • Prospecting and cold calling potential leads and clients as directed by Division Manager and Account Executive(s)

Summary

The successful candidate will support the efforts of their assigned Division Manager, Account Executives(s), and their clients by developing new and maintaining existing relationships within the Correspondent Lending channel. They will promote the sale of Mr. Cooper products, services, and programs to clients while maximizing business opportunities of assigned clients. Correspondent Account Representatives will work in a team environment supporting each other and the needs of all Correspondent Lending clients. Teamwork, flexibility and the ability to develop and share best practices will be necessary traits of a successful candidate. Correspondent Account Representatives hours of operation will align with their outside account executive assignments and will be regionally based.
