Generally, what would you do as a Field Services Sr. Associate?

The Field Services Sr Associate reviews and documents the status and condition of residential properties and relays the information to the proper servicing entity.  Helps analyze market opportunities and develop strategies to achieve department objectives that align with overall company objectives.  Develop strategies to retain the highest quality vendor network.  Collaborate with internal departments to ensure vendor and client compliance.

Additional tasks:

  • Makes day to day decisions to continue, expand, or reduce contractual relationships with vendors
  • Create, maintain and grow relationships with vendors in markets
  • Primary point of contact for communication with vendor market network
  • Regulation, Investor, or internal process changes
  • Licensing/local code
  • Capacity/Skills/Territory
  • Reporting
  • Analyze monthly/state trends
  • Vendor volume
  • Vendor service level report
  • Collaborate with internal departments to confirm vendor compliance with department requirements
  • Responsible to ensure appropriate vendor coverage for each market
  • Provides regular status updates, reports to management, and recommends process improvements
  • Perform property level/field performance evaluations to identify areas of improvement opportunities related to performance, VGM opportunities and internal process improvements
  • Handle internal/external escalations
  • Provides direction to non-exempt employees according to established policies and management guidance
  • Goal is to achieve client performance expectations by fulfilling orders within the outlined SLA’s

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Typing at least 40WPM
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (preferred)
  • Self-directed and motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, phone, and email etiquette
  • Fluency in online and web applications
  • Able to perform auditing functions for work flow and reporting
  • Able to prioritize and manage work flow to meet deadlines
  • Able to think critically and problem solve at a fast pace
  • Able to distinguish between loan, investor, and client types and individual requirements
  • Able to read, retain, and communicate complex process flows and procedures
  • Able to identify the client’s perspective, assess situations, and formulate appropriate responses to satisfy client requirements
  • Field Services experience preferred
