The Graduate Rotation Program is a premier program supported by senior leadership and designed to identify and develop participants into roles best suited for their unique skill set.  This 12-month immersive experience is designed specifically for new college grads who are interested in developing a career within the mortgage industry with an emphasis in Finance. 

The goal of the program is to immerse grads in aspects of the Mr. Cooper Finance organization and place them into a role that fits their talents and allows for creative thinking, leadership, and execution on deliverables in needed areas.

Throughout the 12-month program, the grads will focus on developing their skills around three key areas:

• Strategic Acumen
• Operational Execution
• Leadership Mastery

The program design includes:

• Onboarding – To start on the right foot, each participant will attend New Cooper Orientation, a Graduate Program Overview, and multiple courses to deepen knowledge about the mortgage industry and begin building the skills necessary to be successful at Mr. Cooper Group.
• Rotations – 4 three-month rotations across key areas within the Finance organization.  Rotations include specific and measurable outcomes evaluated at the completion of each rotation.
• Development – The learning doesn’t just happen on the job.  Throughout the program, participants will attend several leadership development courses to continue to help grow their skills and enhance their careers.
• Mentoring – Each participant has an executive mentor and a team member buddy identified to be with them throughout the program to provide ongoing coaching and guidance.
• Action Learning – After the first 2 rotations, the cohort group will be responsible for an action learning project within the Finance org and present findings/recommendations to the Executive team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree completed between Spring 2020 and Fall 2020.  Degrees must be in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US or otherwise authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum 1 relevant internship and/or co-op experience, preferred.

Program starts January 4, 2021 and ends January 2022
