The Graduate Rotation Program is a premier program supported by senior leadership and designed to identify and develop participants into roles best suited for their unique skill set. This 12-month immersive experience is designed specifically for new college grads who are interested in developing a career within the mortgage industry with an emphasis in Finance.
The goal of the program is to immerse grads in aspects of the Mr. Cooper Finance organization and place them into a role that fits their talents and allows for creative thinking, leadership, and execution on deliverables in needed areas.
