Generally, what would you do as a Client Services and Reports Assistant?
This position requires a person with excellent phone and people skills for all service calls and email requests. The CSRA position will require one to multi-task, learn on the go, and provide excellent customer service, while maintaining lender required delivery times. This position will also respond to inquiries/requests via a group email box.

Title experience preferred
Customer Service experience- REQUIRED
Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Adobe, Excel, Word, etc.)
Located near the Santa Ana, CA office
Availability to work 9a-6p M-F
