Complete operational support work for Underwriting -- and properly update Encompass with data / notes resulting from work on assigned tasks – to include: 

  • Complete FHA Connection work to include FHA case number, case query, mortgage reject and CAIVRS.   
  • Complete LDP / GSA – for all parties and update encompass
  • Activate & update Undisclosed Debt Monitoring (UDM)
  • Complete USPS Address Verifications 
  • Complete Google Searches on files as requested by Underwriters -- for employment addresses and other 1003 data confirm validity
  • Complete submission of necessary info for Mortgage Insurance (MI) Certificates and follow up MI companies for issuance of the Cert
  • Track & cure Pre-Endorsement (PE) defects

Complete operational support work for Evolve outsourced Underwriting -- and properly update Encompass with data / notes resulting from work on assigned tasks – to include:  

  • Print Initial Approval Group documentation;
  • Track & report on Escalations (from Clients &/or CRMs)
  • Print Final Approval Group documentation;
  • Pull & resolve “Loan Edits” pre CTC;
  • Track CRO Audit process (account selection, passes, defects ID’ed)

Meet / exceed Performance Goals / Objectives / Key Metrics per position performance standards / scorecard. Complete all work within established SLAs. Be well versed and knowledgeable of all NDC operational workflow process and policies / procedures.  Provide feedback to management on how to improve NDC workflows & processes to deliver improved service to our Clients. Complete reports and data analytics as assigned Handle special projects as assigned All other responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

What level of education or specialized training is required to perform the job?

  • Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred.  Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Extensive knowledge & competency of Microsoft Excel application is preferred
  • Two years+ of financial services experience is preferred.
