Meet / exceed Performance Goals / Objectives / Key Metrics per position performance standards / scorecard. Complete all work within established SLAs. Be well versed and knowledgeable of all NDC operational workflow process and policies / procedures. Provide feedback to management on how to improve NDC workflows & processes to deliver improved service to our Clients. Complete reports and data analytics as assigned Handle special projects as assigned All other responsibilities as assigned.

Position is responsible for operational support activities for the Non-Delegated Correspondent (NDC) Underwriters, CRMs and Evolve Outsource Underwriting within established SLAs. The incumbent will complete operational support activities, complete reporting and be trained to advance into other operational positions.
