Treasury Analyst - Treasury will be responsible for financing of mortgage loans and managing warehouse lines of credit. This includes; preparing transmittal tapes, funding wires, and reconciling funds received from warehouse facilities.  Monitors and manages collateral tracking system and ensures accuracy of collateral tracking.


  • Broad knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access and MS Office, as well as general understanding of financial concepts.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and communicate with lenders, internal customers and management to address and resolve Treasury related questions.
  • Recommend process improvements; establish trend graphs, and other special analytical projects as assigned.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and be a team player.
  • Experience with macros, pivot tables, MS Access and SQL is a plus.

  • Related experience with Financial Services, preferably an analytics role within the mortgage industry.

Core Requirements:

What level of education or specialized training is required to perform the job?

  • A quantitative/finance degree with the required technology skills or a technical background in computer science or a related field with a strong interest in finance.

  • None

How many years of directly related job experience are required to be qualified to enter the job?

  • 3+ years of work experience, preferable an analytical role in  financial services/Mortgage. Previous Access/SQL experience a must.  Understanding of financial markets and products is a plus
