Generally, what would you do as a Scheduler I?

The Scheduler will use closing software platform to confirm scheduled signing appointments with borrowers and signing agents, notary/attorney, and update system. As always, providing exceptional customer service to our customers, clients, and vendors is one of our top priorities.

The Scheduler will also utilize databases to identify available signing agents.

Think you are qualified? Here's what we are looking for:

  • Pre-closing Scheduler experience a plus

  • Knowledge in MS office (Computer savvy)

  • Successfully communicate with internal team members and external parties.

  • Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.

  • Shift is 9am-6pm EST, availability to work every other Saturday (OT)

  • Training schedule will be 9a-6pm
