Job Summary:

The Tech Writer Project Manager is the Project Manager and Change Manager for our Customer Relations/Complaints Team. He/She is responsible for working with Business Partners and Project Teams to analyze, design, implement and/or support business applications/systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining/Updating important Policy and Procedural documents as well as Templates and BCP documents.
  • Heavy reliance on writing skills
  • Maintain and update existing Policy & Procedure documents
  • Maintain and update existing Letter templates
  • Gather information in response to regulatory and or investor examinations
  • Gather requirements from the business and ensure said requirements translate well to application developer team
  • Provides support for key business initiatives by integrating processes, systems and information to fulfill business objectives.
  • Maintains SharePoint site and follow up with business partners to ensure information is updated promptly by business partners as needed
  • Maintains access control lists
  • Investigate potential process failures and help with remediation
  • Maintain and update existing Business Continuity Plan

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
