THE ROLE
The Manager, Onboarding will manage the Talent Acquisition Operations team. You will lead a team of onboarding specialists who will optimize our hiring and onboarding process. In addition, this role will have high visibility with top-level executives managing the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of new hire processing, data management, and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will be someone that actively supports, believes and embraces Mr. Coopers Core Values of Champion for our customers, Challenger of convention, and Cheerleaders for our team.

Responsible for managing the talent acquisition operations team; leading onboarding specialists who will optimize our hiring and onboarding process. Interacts with top-level executives managing the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of new hire processing, data management, and onboarding activities. Ensures team members follow all policies and procedures regarding onboarding practices to ensure adherence with all relevant policies, federal and state guidelines to mitigate risk. Responsible for handling all escalations and final decisions on background clearance within our guidelines. Manages vendor relationship and address any issues that impact the onboarding process. Assists with the implementation and testing of tools, monitor and assist in the completion of background checks for potential employees.
