This job is currently a remote work from home position but is subject to change to an in-office position.
Generally, what would you do as a Title Examiner Sr. Associate?
Reviewing deeds, mortgages and other title documents submitted as part of the title search to determine the correct property was searched and that all necessary requirements and exceptions have been added to the file. Review origination refinance files to ensure compliance with underwriter guidelines for issuance of title commitments. This would include the ability to understand the output received from title plans as well as familiarity with utilizing title plans to retrieve title data. Review surveys to ensure compliance with underwriter guidelines and to ensure the proper exceptions are added to the title commitment and title policy. This individual will need to be a licensed title producer in the state of Arkansas.
