Mr. Cooper (NASDAQ: COOP) is looking for a rock star Consumer Insights Analyst to help us to help us better understand our customers in-depth and identify areas where we can improve the customers experience as well as our marketing and communication efforts. We want someone armed with strong analytic skills, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for the customer. This role will support and manage survey vehicles critical to generating business insights and intelligence.
