Mr. Cooper (NASDAQ: COOP) is looking for a rock star Consumer Insights Analyst to help us to help us better understand our customers in-depth and identify areas where we can improve the customers experience as well as our marketing and communication efforts. We want someone armed with strong analytic skills, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for the customer. This role will support and manage survey vehicles critical to generating business insights and intelligence.


  •  Manages the daily activities needed to execute monthly satisfaction and brand tracking surveys.
  • Liaisons with internal research partners and troubleshoots problems with data collection, processing, and/or reporting.  Makes recommendations on how best to handle.
  • Conducts ad-hoc and ongoing data analysis to generate actionable consumer insights and crisp recommendations.
  • Synthesizes analysis and research findings into consumer insights that help guide business plans and strategies.
  • Conducts desk research, reviews syndicated research, and conducts competitive analysis in support of delivering consumer, market, and competitive insights.
  • Create presentations, reports, and other deliverables to communicate findings and insights.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Written Communications: Is able to write clearly and succinctly; Gets messages across with the desired effect.
  • Verbal and Presentation Skills: Effective in a variety of presentation settings, both formal and informal.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Anthropology, Consumer Psychology or related field
  • Excellent computer skills required – Excel, PowerPoint, Word and relational databases;  Skills using SPSS is a plus
  • 2-5 years of related experience
