  • Hire, develop and manage a team to address all Servicing FP&A and valuation/modeling and reporting functions within the department
  • Servicing FP&A activity includes:
    • Provide finance support for all Servicing support functions (including Core, Customer Care, Modifications, Reverse, Default Servicing, Sub-Servicing)
    • Develop, maintain and report on P&L budget vs actuals for all Servicing support functions
    • Develop, maintain and report on budget vs actual for all significant NMS projects, including ‘post-mortem’ on actual realized benefits upon completion of projects
    • Assist accounting on all relevant expense accruals and analysis for Servicing support groups
  • Valuation/Modeling activity includes:
    • Develop, maintain and report on 3-year long-term forecast model and ensure consistency between forecast model and current year budget/plan, liquidity forecasts and any other forward-looking financial projections
  • Reporting activity includes:
    • Preparation/coordination of FIG report and other Servicing-level financial packages
    • Participation in relevant ad-hoc financial requests

Pay Range: $150,000.00 - $195,000.00 - $240,000.00


Responsible for a centralized finance department that provides support to general ledger accounting, financial reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable. Responsible for all financial planning (short-term and long-term) and analysis operations including financial controls (budgets), costs and general accounting. Plays a critical leadership role in providing key financial insight that helps company's strategic decision, financial forecasts and operating plans. May oversee the preparation and analysis of the annual operating plans and earnings projections.
