This is exciting marketing program will immerse the intern in various aspects of the purchase originations marketing department here at Mr. Cooper.
Role and Responsibilities
Our summer intern will be instrumental in planning, executing and reporting on key marketing tactics for our New Home Purchase marketing division
The intern will help lead our quarterly Homebuying Prequalathon.
The intern will help us reposition our Real Estate Rewards proof point by using recent customer qualitative survey. They will use our partner, Persado, to do copy tests and work with our digital and web team to test creative and landing page conversion. They will also help us launch our new Agent Match tool in all channels and track results.

The intern will be in a high visibility role as purchase recapture is a top 3 initiative for Mr. Cooper in 2021
June – August is peak season for the department, seeing the highest yearly volume
This marketing department has a start-up feel in a big company providing lots of opportunity for fresh ideas and resources to put ideas in motion
Major in: Marketing
Juniors, Seniors, 1st Year Graduate Student, 2nd Year Graduate Students are eligible to apply
Great work ethic and desire to learn (critical)
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (critical)
Ideally has experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns – digital campaigns a plus
