This summer, we have an exciting opportunity in our marketing department at Xome, a leading real estate technology company for some of the nation’s largest financial institutions. Based in the Dallas area, Xome is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Mr. Cooper Group and employs over 1,200 team members.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the VP of Marketing at Xome, you will learn various aspects of brand marketing and what it takes to build a company that people can trust. Projects will include developing branded campaigns and content for use across a variety of channels like social media, email, digital advertising, websites, and events. You will develop critical leadership skills, learning how to create and execute project plans, how to get buy-in from team members, how to work with creative teams, and much more.

Preferred Experience:

• Social Media Management: Content planning and creation for social channels, including scheduling and reporting
• Website or Blog Content Development
• Developing SWOT analysis or competitive intelligence reporting
• Experience with technology platforms, such as WordPress, Email & CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp), Social Media Management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.), and website reporting tools (Google Analytics)

Qualifications:

• Class: Junior, Senior, or Graduating Senior
• Major: Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Advertising
• Great work ethic and desire to learn (critical)
• Previous Marketing, Advertising Or Public Relations Agency internship required
• Must provide 2-3 marketing or brand management related work samples
