What would you do as a Customer Services Sr Associate?

Maintain good customer relations, focused on responding to direct customer inquiries and providing solutions or referring to them the appropriate contact who can assist with the inquiry.

Think you are qualified? Here's what we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in Customer service (industry experience)
  • 2+ years in call center environment preferred
  • Ability to work until 8pm CST, with potential of overtime
  • Comfortable working in a Remote environment
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Office and database software skills
  • Effective communication skills, including verbal, written and active listening
  • Attention to detail
  • Good analysis and judgment to determine the course of action applicable
