This position manages a group responsible for providing accurate financial information, maintaining data integrity, as well as, payment applications and other cash transactions.

Essential Job Functions

  • Processing loan payments on a daily basis for various reverse mortgage  loan programs
  • Processing of HUD Claim funds
  • Oversee Logging and maintenance of various check logs into ICash or Excel
  • Organizing queue data received from other internal departments
  • Updating comments into system
  • Logging all incoming wires and payoff checks
  • Processing partial prepayment
  • Process loan removals/ payoffs
  • HELM processing/maintenance
  • Manage Daily balancing processed work to source documents
  • Manage corporate advance payment request and repayments
  • Manage SLA timelines
  • Confirm payment clearing bank  outages do not roll past 5 days
  • Balances and processes expense invoices
  • Assistance with quality control checks within the team
  • Basic reversing and reapplication of research items. Noting system, as applicable.
  • Analyzing exception reports, verification of error messages and miscellaneous codes to determine processing procedures.
  • Assess and Waive Fees
  • Develop trending / stat report
  • Perform ad hoc duties as delegated by management

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred.
  •  Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Reverse Mortgage cash management experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows operating system.  Working knowledge of MS Excel, Access, and Word is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years Loan Servicing, or Real Estate Lending experience in an Cash Management payment application environment within Mortgage or Financial Services preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
