Serves as the liaison between the business unit, and the report development team. Develops customized reports from the database to extract and collect data according to business unit needs. Manages the creation, accuracy and development of reports. Coordinates the generation & delivery of reports with our offshore partners and works with our reporting team for final publication and automation possibilities.
• Take initiative and build familiarity with a variety of the business concepts, practices and procedures to gain exposure to the tasks within a job function;
• Define logic requirements and mapping criteria for data sets;
• Solicit a certain degree of creativity and latitude;
• Analyze report results when building. Identify issues and test alternative solutions;
• Maintain organized tracking and circulate updates on report progress;
• Offer viable solutions and opportunities as they arise;
• Lead training meetings with offshore support and set clear expectations for team;
• Work closely with BI team to completion of Insights Development;
• Possess a strong Excel background.
