Sr. BOA will be responsible for supporting lines of business within Performing Servicing in the capacity of  Management Reporting and business project initiatives. This position will partner with business groups to develop solutions for efficiency, control improvements and ensure timely delivery of quality solutions on Special Projects.  Serve as a liaison to additional parties, including IT, Legal, Compliance, Operations and third party resources. Sr. BOA will be accountable for managing multiple initiatives, including project plans, tracking tasks, managing deadlines and overseeing testing efforts.  Will be required to possess the necessary skills to research and resolve issues independently with a team player mentality in order to work effectively in supporting the team and management.  Participates in and completes other miscellaneous projects and tasks as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create and develop ad hoc reports and/or queries  to assist the business as needed in order to report operational performance
  • Maintain and execute existing daily/weekly/monthly reporting to management team
  • Coordinate and implement on special projects with business partners, IT, vendors and senior management 
  • Possesses an in-depth knowledge of business operations and understand the technical scope in order to facilitate automation and efficiency gain efforts
  • Possess the ability to interact with various levels of management 
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability create dynamic presentations 
  • Provide 3rd party offshore vendor support by providing oversight related to vendor reports, SLA changes and SOW updates 
  • Utilize tools such as Visio, Excel, Powerpoint  and Sequel Management Studio to mine data, generate reports and create presentations 
  • Support business and IT with SharePoint requests; including workflow, forms and archive
  • Assists in development of educational materials/training as necessary. 
  • Manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Other duties as assigned

Core Requirements

  • Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to
  • the requirements of the position is preferred. Will consider the equivalent combination of job
  • experience and education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Proficiency with financial and operational analysis.  Expertise with reporting tools and database software , i.e., Access, Excel and SQL or other functionally similar applications.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, PowerFlow for use in creating workflows and forms
  • 5-7 years mortgage servicing experience, preferably in a Loan Administration, Quality Assurance or Operations
