At Mr. Cooper, we exist to Keep the Dream of Homeownership Alive. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, II within the Talent Management team, you will have an opportunity to attract, hire and retain the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with department managers of designated lines of business to fill current and future staffing needs. This role will be responsible for the implementation of the recruiting strategy within one line of business channel/division supporting the hiring needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist II actively supports, believes and embraces Mr. Coopers Core Values of Champion for our Customer, Challenger of Convention, and Cheerleaders for our Teams, as well as maintain standards, meet timelines, exude proactive abilities to work and continuously improve the recruiting process.
