The Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical viewpoint and insight over Origination revenue and operational performance and activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
•Develop reporting around margin, elasticity, and lead conversion/pull through as it pertains to margin management
•Analyze data from Origination revenue to improve the pipeline, productivity, and aging loans
•Review canceled loans daily for opportunities to improve guidelines and increase business
•Support the daily Origination Finance pricing and margin reporting as needed
•Data mine a large population of data to help identify relevant information and build scripts to consolidate reporting elements
•Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•Graduation from a 4-year course work and 7+ years’ experience is preferred. Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education.
•3+ years analyzing mortgage originations and revenue data
•Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Power Point etc.) and strong data skills are required.
•Proficiency with MS SQL Server or equivalent SQL language to perform data mining, data manipulation, and reconciliation is required.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Power BI / Tableau
