The Senior Financial Analyst assists senior leadership in Financial Analysis in the development and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual operating budgets and financial reports. In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst will analyze, evaluate, develop forecasting models and identify potential areas of opportunities and risks.  

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial reporting and business analytics support to strategic business programs and key business functions.
  • Identify key drivers and trends of financial performance and communicate proactively with management in the supported business.
  • Publish daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting to support key initiatives.
  • Prepare expense reporting, accrual tracking, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, capacity modeling, and annual budgeting process.
  • Be a true business partner who provides best-in-class support and cultivates an environment of mutual trust.
  • Enhance existing reporting or develop new reporting to address program changes as business needs evolve.
  • Identify action items in periodic business reviews, and diligently follow up to bring satisfactory closure of issues.

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
  • 2 years’ experience with SQL preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting
  • Experience with Workday, Essbase, Hyperion, TM1 reporting tools preferred
  • At least 3 years of finance and industry experience preferred
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
