The VP Product Management (VP Program Management) is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: Leading the efforts on the team gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, removing obstacles, working closely with IT, The PMO, and the various lines of business to ensure revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals are achieved. The VP Product Manager's job includes insuring that the product supports the organizations overall strategy and goals.

Job Responsibilities  

  • Serve in a direct supervisory role, providing feedback, instruction, and discipline for staff under their supervision. 
  • Lead a team to shape the  Product Management strategy, Vision,  and methodologies 
  • Own, drive and actively facilitate the interaction of cross-functional stakeholders to bring products to market, including managing risks, schedule, cost and quality 
  • Create, measure, and communicate program plans, milestones, and metrics, including budgets. 
  • Enforce policies around documentation and standardization of programs and products. 
  • Track and analyze issues, risks, and costs, and then proactively address and mitigate. 
  • Manage process from development through production to customer relations, and create stable, effective methodologies. 
  • Partner with stakeholders, project management and IT on planning, execution, implementation, and measurement 
  • Ensure that all products under their leadership have strategic visions that align with the corporate goals and values providing efficiencies for the business units we support 
  • Provide annual staffing and budget plans and quarterly updates to the company's senior management team. 


  • Bachelor's degree in project management, finance,  Business
  • Minimum of eight years of project/program management experience 
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills 
  • Additional options to consider 
  • A minimum 10+ years of Mortgage Servicing experience 
  • 5-7 years of program management experience a plus
  • Resource planning for programs and projects and able to forecast needs 
  • Proficiency with agile or other program management methodologies 
  • Adept at building processes and project management  
  • Expertise working on large and deeply transformative projects 
  • High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations 
  • Experience driving multifaceted, cross functional initiatives 
  • Resourceful in an ambiguous environment 
  • Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
