The Customer Correspondence Analyst is responsible for major project management and/or working with Servicing Support and IT to complete reporting and letter updates/data file enhancements in a timely manner, and to be a liaison between lines of business and IT to assist with internal projects from inception through completion.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Conduct discovery meetings as needed to document all details for new projects and enhancements.
  • Manage advanced-level projects related to bulk letter edits/changes with external/internal parties
  • Understand the structures, usage and sources of business data as well as the context in which it is used throughout the business
  • Able to develop formal business processes
  • Analysis and assessment of business needs and cross-system impacts by offering full systems integration solutions
  • Ability to data mine and provide management level reporting and analysis in order to make strategic management decisions
  • Liaison between Letters Management and IT
  • Utilizes Data Mining and reporting analytics skills

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Mortgage servicing and default experience required
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Experience with MS Office required specifically in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SQL experience is preferred.
