This position may consist of several primary responsibilities: Managing inbound calls from prospective customers, including directly assisting prospects in the mortgage inquiry process of home buying, selling, and refinancing. Engaging in various outbound lead generation activities executed through phone activity.
Full effort will be put into providing world class customer service to prospects, including education and guidance on the mortgage inquiry process. A close working relationship with a team oriented approach with fellow Sales Assistants, Management, Mortgage Professionals, and other departments within the Company is expected.
