Mr. Cooper's summer internship program offers college students the chance to discover what it's like to work at a leading financial services organization. Our interns deliver innovative solutions to real business challenges and build enduring relationships with their manager and an assigned mentor. The Video Production Intern will have gain experience operating a camera in a multitude of different styles and procedures from live camera events to more art-based film operation. The successful candidate will join a team comprised of highly talented and experienced people that are willing and eager to share their knowledge. The team produces over 200 videos a year in multiple formats one a variety of subjects. This is a fun working environment fueled by creativity and passion.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist with video shoots and set up of basic studio lighting configurations
Record and mix audio
Edit videos for both internal and external use with a capability in motion graphics and light animation
Responsible for pre-production activities, including storyboarding, producing and directing activities, including equipment, lighting, sound and staging, as well as post-production activities such as editing, mastering and publication to desired media
Duties will vary to many different tasks from in house product photography & studio headshots to live switching & streaming
Enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university or have graduated within one year of start date (June 2022)
Majoring in Film, Digital Media, or related degree
Proficiency with Adobe suite (Premiere pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, and Lightroom)
Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (Currently, our organization is unable to support candidates that are on OPT, CPT or candidates that will need sponsorship, now or in the future)
Previous experience with camera, audio, and lighting equipment
Previous on set experience
Committed self-starter with a demonstrated history of strong work ethic and reliable task completion
Ability to execute multiple tasks and projects concurrently to meet deadlines
