SummaryTeam Learning and Culture: This role makes Mr. Cooper more efficient by innovating from the front lines through to funding and servicing. Team members will continually iterate to improve our processes, quality and automation, while strengthening our understanding of customers as well as servicing, sales, underwriting and funding to build deeper relationships. Team members share knowledge, raise ideas and support peers. Management and Operations: You are responsible for the overall leadership, management and direction for offshore employees in multiple locations. For Flash originations, these employees (Task Specialists) will be completing file data entry, prep for underwriting reviews, and data and document resolutions for Flash Manufacturing. You will have supervisory oversight of up 150 employees with multiple skill levels (Flash Fireworks, Prep for UW, Title Review and Resolution and others as defined). The role can be expanded in future to include Core Originations functions as needed. Mr. Cooper is going to a remote centric work environment so you will be working remotely and also have a specific office space in the Santa Ana Mr. Cooper location. The remote centric schedule will be determined by HR and the Reporting Manager.
