Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Digital Marketing expert who can help grow our online traffic and engagement for our online real estate auction platform. You are an expert at building out digital strategies and managing the day-to-day, as well as identifying, researching, and analyzing performance for potential growth opportunities. You are passionate about digital marketing, strategic, analytical, and creative. And get a charge from applying problem-solving skills to overdeliver on marketing campaign and company goals.

This role will work with many cross-functional partners to execute strategies, investigate issues, share insights, and solve problems, so collaboration and communication are critical for this role.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Selects and coordinates the execution of multi-channel, full-funnel, digital media campaigns through in-house creative, approved agencies and internal partners
  • Work across paid online channels that include but not limited to video, programmatic retargeting, and prospecting, paid social and SEM
  • Work with internal partners and agency to development benchmarks and KPIs for each channel
  • Ensures all decisions for online marketing channels are aligned with brand marketing calendars and business needs
  • Creates and plans messaging in line with campaigns and brand standards
  • Use internal data, paid media best practices, and business intelligence to recommend segmentation and targeting strategies to drive conversions
  • Conduct analytic deep dives of critical business issues that impact performance and translate the findings into actionable plans
  • Daily observation of business performance to identify risks, new opportunities, and industry trends
  • Responsible for agency coordination to ensure campaigns are delivering on desired KPIs and stay on budget
  • Act as the subject matter expert by keeping up to date on emerging technologies, industry trends and targeting strategies
  • Communicate objectives and results to key stakeholders


  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or equivalent background
  • +5 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing
  • Knowledge of digital landscape and how paid media is applied throughout marketing funnel
  • Comfortable with pulling and manipulating data using web analytics tools such as, Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to use the results of analysis to make effective strategic decisions and recommendations
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, ability to multi-task and have a flexible mindset to shift priorities as needed
  • Have worked with and led creative and media agency work
  • Experience in real estate or financial services recommended
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
