The Business Implementation Team (BIT) will provide ongoing communication to all Business & Support groups including but not limited to; Legal, Risk, Compliance, Servicing, Post Closing, ORG, PRM Direct, PRM TPO, etc. This purpose of this team is to understand, analyze, report and facilitate the various needs and/or issues of any system or process changes or requests from the various departments.

  • Execute user acceptance testing plans for manual and/or automated tests.
  • Isolate, reproduce and track bugs and verify all fixes.
  • Manage and maintain defect and test case databases.
  • Assists in the assessment and planning of test efforts required for new functions/features under development.
  • Identify cross organizational risk and impacts along with facilitating the collaboration of each group
  • Ensure Regulatory impacts are monitored
  • Submit testing plan and scripts to Legal/Compliance
  • Develop UAT Scripts, Data Driven & Post Production Testing
  • Collaborate with the training department and business to develop communication plans and/or training materials to improve the adoption of process and technology changes
  • Work as a liaison between business units, technology teams and support teams
  • Document, map, obtain approval and track changes on reports and projects

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years related work experience
  • Loss Mitigation experience
  • UAT experience
  • Operates effectively under general supervision
  • Detail oriented to follow instructions on new projects
  • Stellar time-management skills
  • Experience with: Pivotal, Sharepoint, Excel, SQL, Visual Studio, iAssist, Remedy, iClaims, LSAMS, IBM, and IVR
  • Strong organization skills
  • Some decision-making authority on daily work assignments
