Able to handle multiple projects. Someone who has dealt with various aspects of desktop support in multi-tiered support environment
Imaging/configuring computers/workstations, mobile devices (Android/iOS)
Provision, install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user hardware, peripheral devices, & software.
Experience with multi-function printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, various software, and other products in order to deliver required desktop service levels
Supporting customers, on-site and remotely.
Experience with remote support tools, e.g.: Teamviewer or similar.
Excellent customer service and analytical skills. Able to interact with standard users as well as executive-level users
Handling of various equipment, inventory, asset tracking
Experience with IT Ticketing software, ServiceNow expertise preferred.
Person in this position needs to move around the office, may need to position self under desks or workstations, as well as move/transport/lift computer equipment up to 50#
