The Team: 

The Corporate Communications team is a collaborative group, working and engaging with partners from every area of the organization to deliver impactful external and internal messages. A bias toward action, meticulous attention to detail, and a forward-thinking mindset, coupled with a collaborative spirit and the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities, are what makes this group so effective. A role on this team will require expertise in employee communications, executive messaging and change management. 

Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Help develop and drive an integrated internal communications strategy to support change management efforts, including mergers and acquisitions and Future of Work, and promote thought leadership opportunities by partnering closely with the External Communications teammates as well as business and functional partners. 

  • Design, implement, and evolve an employee communications strategy that will ensure the teams have the content, information, and knowledge they need, when they need it. 

  • Manage existing internal communication channels, including leadership calls, weekly newsletters, along with ad hoc company-wide updates and announcements, all with goal of building trust through transparency.  

  • Work closely with our Executive Leadership Team and the HR Business Partners to advise on messaging, approach and execution strategy to help them achieve desired business outcomes. 

  • Partner with the key stakeholders from across the organization to thoughtfully shape and introduce the company’s approach to Future of Work as we emerge from our “remote-only” phase during the pandemic.  

  • Utilize our internal communications platform, messaging architecture and best practices to build and scale compelling team member experiences that drive dialog, shape culture, and build community. 

  • Leverage listening tools, analyze insights, and produce communications reports that inform ongoing communication strategies. 

To be successful in this role you’ll have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Organizational Change, or equivalent career experience. 

  • Minimum of 10 years proven success guiding strategy and execution of integrated internal communications campaigns that inform and delight employees. 

  • Ability and confidence to influence senior leaders on strategy, messaging, and engagement opportunities that drive trust and transparency. 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as business acumen and change management background. 

  • Fantastic project management and interpersonal skills. 

  • Resourcefulness and self-motivation to independently prioritize shifting workloads in a high growth, ever-changing environment. 

  • Proven leadership capability and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsible for the planning and implementation of all corporate internal communications programs and news/information channels targeting worldwide employees. Ensures effective organizational communications strategies and tactics to lead cultural and/or business change and build employee awareness and commitment. Develops and administers communication policies and procedures consistent with company strategic direction. Utilizes knowledge of latest communications technologies and tools to execute communications strategies to multiple audiences and cultures through electronic, print and face to face approaches. Serves as a strategic partner to internal clients, providing communications counsel and support.
