  • The Property Preservation Manager supervises a group of 7-10 Property Preservation Specialists.
  • Manages staff development, performance and quality measures to ensure overall performance.
  • Reviews Property Inspection and Preservation processes to ensure vendor compliance and adherence to Investor and/or Insurer guidelines, manages vendor relationships and facilitate conference calls.
  • Responsible for the training, development and performance reviews of all team members.
  • Monitors and manages property inspection timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensures that Property Inspection and Preservation procedures conducted are in compliance with Mr. Cooper Mortgage requirements, investor and/or insurer guidelines, and state and federal guidelines.
  • Manages the workflow to ensure equal distribution among staff.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting detailing inspection and property preservation activity utilizing Excel.
  • Supervises and conducts Human Resources programs for the department including hiring, training, performance evaluation, merit review, employee discipline, compensation, affirmative action and related matters.


  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and five years’ experience in residential, mortgage servicing environment. Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job. High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Experience with LSAMS preferred
  • Experience with Dynamics 365
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Ability to identify and assess risk and determine execution to best course of action
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Familiarity with GSE guidelines, preferred
