Mr. Cooper is looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join the Home Advisor team.  The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing executive level support for senior management team members. This individual will manage all administrative functions such as preparing written correspondence, meeting with visitors/clients, scheduling conference calls, meetings, and all other administrative functions as assigned. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this position. Must be able to work under short timelines and multitask while maintaining a positive attitude. In this position, you will be responsible for the flow of communication between clients and Executives and will prepare written correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as assigned. This person will manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities with other assistants within and outside the business channel when needed.


  • Support each assigned department Senior Executive
  • Answer and manage incoming calls and emails
  • Manage and arrange executives’ calendars and travel schedules
  • Review and submit executives’ expense reports
  • Regularly communicate with clients and company departments via email and phone
  • Review incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution per request
  • Help work with multiple departments to coordinate client responses when needed
  • Help coordinate and manage Due Diligence/Client onsite and offsite visits
  • Help coordinate conferences by handling department costs, registrations, client meetings, schedules, agendas, meeting space, etc.
  • Research, assemble, and analyze data to prepare/print reports, documents, and presentations
  • Provide assistance with internal projects when needed and be motivated to help


  • Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred. Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Tools
  • 2+ years minimum Administrative experience
  • Attention to detail for reporting development and analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Mortgage industry or financial services industry preferred
